Changed ALL function and file names to comply with assignment and added additional (Doxygen and normal) comments to mark which version is which

Fixed grayscale handling in main.c and tricorn.c
Now grayscale files use a color pallete and in general should be smaller.

Copied tricorn to tricorn_simd .h and .c files to be later modified into SIMD optimization. Changed converge definition to static in order to not have conflicts with other versions of the function as it is an internal helper function
